1. Refund Policy
1.1 Change of Mind
Customers may request a 100% refund before our team begins working on the project. A
full refund will be
provided if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase and no work has been
initiated.
After 24 hours, a service charge and transaction fees may be deducted from the
refund amount. A 100% refund
will no longer be available.
1.2 Non-Compliance with Delivery Standards
Customers may request a refund if the work does not meet the agreed-upon
specifications. We offer unlimited
revisions until the delivery meets expectations.
If we cannot meet your requirements after revisions, a mutually agreed-upon refund
will be issued based on
the extent of the deviation from the agreed terms.
1.3 Failure to Meet Delivery Deadlines
If we fail to deliver the requested service on time after multiple attempts to
resolve the issue, and
documentation supports that the delay is due to our fault, a refund will be
processed.
1.4 Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be made within 10 days of the product's delivery. Requests made
after this period
will not be considered.
1.5 Exclusions from Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for minor issues such as typographical errors,
formatting issues, or delays
caused by unforeseen technical problems.
